Antonio Fernandez brings over 15 years of experience in industrial automation, PLC programming, and electrical systems. Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered projects across a wide range of industries, including government and military facilities, U.S. Air Force contracts, nuclear power plants, multiple oil and gas facilities, cryogenic processing plants, breweries, municipal water systems, and other critical infrastructure.

Prior to founding Oryx Solutions, Antonio worked with leading automation manufacturers and PLC development companies, gaining extensive experience in system design, programming, commissioning, SCADA integration, and industrial controls. He also has an extensive background in management and leadership, successfully overseeing large teams and complex industrial projects while building strong client relationships and delivering reliable solutions.

Terry Saurez is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience owning and operating multi-million-dollar companies. For over 20 years, he has owned and operated a highly successful dirt work and site development company, building a reputation for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects with a focus on safety, efficiency, and excellence.

Throughout his career, Terry has successfully managed large-scale site preparation and infrastructure projects for schools, hospitals, retail developments, office complexes, fuel stations, oil and gas facilities, and other commercial and industrial developments. He currently oversees multiple active contracts for new school construction and fuel station developments across Texas, demonstrating his ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.

Known for his strong leadership, industry expertise, and commitment to quality, Terry brings decades of practical knowledge in construction, infrastructure, and project management. His strategic vision and dedication to delivering exceptional results continue to strengthen Oryx Solutions and Fusion Communications, reinforcing their commitment to serving customers across a wide range of industries.

Cory Condren brings over 20 years of experience in the fiber optic industry, with extensive expertise in every phase of fiber optic construction, installation, and project management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led and supported large-scale telecommunications infrastructure projects across a wide range of industries.

With more than 20 years of experience in Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), Cory has played a key role in the successful completion of major fiber optic deployments, including solar farm communications, city-wide fiber optic infrastructure, backbone network construction, and large-scale commercial and utility projects. His experience spans every stage of a project, from planning and underground construction to testing, splicing, and final network commissioning.

Cory began his career as an aerial fiber installer, providing him with firsthand knowledge of every aspect of fiber optic installation. His comprehensive understanding of aerial, underground, and HDD construction, combined with his leadership and operational experience, allows him to successfully manage complex projects from start to finish while ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
